不同格式的dish會有不同的jetPRIME用量及DNA用量，請參考以下用量建議：

Transfection 時期的細胞培養
1. 建議當細胞貼壁且生長良好後 (貼壁通常需4小時，最好overnight) 才進行轉染（實際上生長勢強的細胞株也可以在懸浮時加入jetPRIME，可節省時間)

2. 加入 jetPRIME 後，通常是24小時後可抽RNA，protein則為48小時後抽。以上時間估計可自行先做過不同時間點後觀察最佳的轉染時間長度。
